Today, an election of Group representatives in GN Store Nord A/S has taken
place pursuant to current Danish legislation. The following employees have been
elected as Group representatives and will join the Supervisory Board of GN
Store Nord A/S immediately after the ordinary general meeting on March 18,
2010:
