Copenhagen, 2012-01-13 11:09 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- As announced yesterday, DPTG and TPSA have reached an agreement to settle the dispute regarding the traffic volumes carried over the NSL fiber optical telecommunications system in Poland. According to the agreement, TPSA agreed to pay a total of EUR 550 million to DPTG in two separate payments. The first payment amounting to EUR 275 million has now been received by DPTG. Additionally, Nordea has confirmed that the second payment amounting to EUR 275 million has been deposited at the escrow account in Nordea. The amount will be released to DPTG as soon as DPTG has initiated termination of ongoing enforcement proceedings.
