In accordance with Section 10 of the Danish Statutory Order on Issuers'
Disclosure Obligations, GN Store Nord A/S is required to publish the total
number of voting rights and the size of the share capital in the company as per
the end of a month where changes have occurred. 

As of April 29, 2016, the share capital of GN Store Nord is nominally DKK
619,151,716 divided into shares of DKK 4 each, corresponding to 154,787,929
shares. The total voting rights in the company are 619,151,716.
