Commitments and Contingencies	NOTE 9 - COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES Leases The Company leases certain equipment under non-cancelable operating leases. Future minimum rental commitments under these leases at September 30, 2018 are immaterial. Total rental expense for the fiscal years ended September 30, 2018 and 2017 was $38,000 and $179,000, respectively. Litigation The Company is not involved in any legal proceedings other than routine litigation arising in the normal course of business, none of which we believe will have a material adverse effect on our business, financial condition or results of operations. Claims made in the ordinary course of business may be covered in whole or in part by insurance.
