Subsequent Event	Note 13. Subsequent Event On May 7, 2012, the Company entered into Standby Purchase Agreements with certain investors to purchase up to $1.7 million of shares not subscribed to by the Company's existing shareholders in a rights offering of up to $11.8 million that will be offered pursuant to a registration statement on Form S-1 the Company filed with the SEC on May 8, 2012, but has not yet become effective.
