Subsequent Event	Note 13. Subsequent Event On July 31, 2012, the Company filed a Registration Statement with the SEC for up to 13,900 shares of fixed-rate cumulative perpetual preferred stock, series A and 695 shares of fixed-rate cumulative perpetual preferred stock, series B. Both series of preferred stock were sold to the U.S. Department of the Treasury in a private placement in March 2009. This registration statement was filed in order to facilitate a public auction of preferred securities by the U.S. Treasury Department.
