Defined Contribution Plan	Note 14 – Defined Contribution Plan The Company sponsors a defined contribution 401(k) plan that is subject to the provisions of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (“ERISA”). The plan covers substantially all employees who have completed one month of service. Participates can contribute up to 15 percent of their annual salary subject to Internal Revenue Service limitations. The Company did not contribute to the plan during Fiscal 2014 and Fiscal 2013.
