Business organization

CVRx, Inc. (the “Company”) was incorporated in Delaware and is headquartered in Minneapolis, Minnesota. We have developed and is marketing a medical device, Barostim, for heart failure (“HF”) and resistant hypertension. We are focused on the sale of our product in the U.S. and Europe.

Management expects that operating losses and negative cash flows from operations could continue in the foreseeable future. There is no assurance that we will generate sufficient product sales to produce positive earnings or cash flows.
