Goodwill	Goodwill As of March 31, 2020 and December 31, 2019, the carrying amount of goodwill was $4.7 million. There have been no changes in the carrying amount of goodwill for the three months ended March 31, 2020. Goodwill is tested for impairment on an annual basis as of August 31, or whenever events or changes in circumstances indicate the carrying amount of goodwill exceeds its implied fair value. The annual test indicated no impairment existed as of August 31, 2019. Due to the impact of COVID-19 on the economy and the financial markets, the Company evaluated goodwill and determined no triggering event has occurred since the last goodwill impairment test was conducted.
