OTHER LIABILITIES: In February 2015, the Company waived its rights under the formerly proposed joint venture to operate the .online registry and instead entered into a Joint Marketing agreement with its venture partners under which its original capital contributions have been returned and a set of go-forward marketing arrangements have been created instead. These marketing arrangements have resulted in the Company recognizing a gain of $1.5 million, which will be recognized evenly over the three-year term of the marketing agreement commencing in November 2015.
