Copenhagen Airports A/S has received the attached announcement from Kastrup
Airports Parent ApS (CVR no. 33 78 19 03), with a notification that Kastrup
Airports Parent ApS, with effect as of today's date has obtained 100% of the
share capital of Copenhagen Airports Denmark Holdings ApS which indirectly
holds approximately 53.7% of the entire share capital and voting rights in
Copenhagen Airports A/S.
