Stock Exchange Announcement number 2/2013

Copenhagen, 14 February 2013



On 1 February 2013, the High Court of Eastern Denmark passed judgment in an
action brought by Copenhagen Airports A/S against SAS regarding payment by SAS
for PRM assistance to SAS passengers, cf. Copenhagen Airports A/S’ announcement
to the Stock Exchange of 1 February 2013 (1/2013). 

Today, SAS has appealed the case to the Danish Supreme Court.

The company and its legal advisors expect that the decision of the High Court
is to be upheld at the Supreme Court.
