On 12 March 2015, a ballot was held to appoint employee representatives to the
Board. 

As a result of the vote, the changes set out below will be made in the employee
representation on the Board effective following the company’s Annual General
Meeting on 14 April 2015. These are ordinary changes made following an ordinary
ballot. 

Resigning from the Board of Directors:

Security Officer Ulla Thygesen



Joining the Board of Directors:

Semi-skilled worker Dan Hansen

Security Officer John Flyttov



Reappointed to the Board of Directors:
