Income Tax Disclosure [Text Block]	15. Income Taxes The effective income tax rate for income from continuing operations was 41.5% for the thirteen week period ended March 31, 2012. The current period effective tax rate is comprised of an estimated effective tax rate of 42.3% in the United States partially offset by an effective tax rate of 21.4% in Canada.

Disclosures may include net deferred tax liability or asset recognized in an enterprise's statement of financial position, net change during the year in the total valuation allowance, approximate tax effect of each type of temporary difference and carryforward that gives rise to a significant portion of deferred tax liabilities and deferred tax assets, utilization of a tax carryback, and tax uncertainties information.
