Fiscal Period, Policy [Policy Text Block]	2. FISCAL YEAR The Company follows a 52/53 week fiscal reporting calendar ending on the Saturday closest to December 31. Both fiscal years ended December 31, 2011 (fiscal 2011) and December 29, 2012 (fiscal 2012) were a 52-week reporting years.

Disclosure of accounting policy for determining an entity's fiscal year or other fiscal period. This disclosure may include identification of the fiscal period end-date, the length of the fiscal period, any reporting period lag between the entity and its subsidiaries, or equity investees.
