RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS Richard Machon, a director of the Company, from time to time provides consulting services to the Company or for clients of the Company through Mr. Machon’s company, Machon & Associates.  The Company did not pay Machon and Associates during fiscal years 2015 and 2014.
