Business Description and Basis of Presentation [Text Block]	2. FISCAL YEAR The Company follows a 52/53 week fiscal reporting calendar ending on the Saturday closest to December 31. The fiscal years ended January 3, 2026 (fiscal 2025) and December 28, 2024 (fiscal 2024) consisted of fifty-three and fifty-two weeks, respectively. Reclassification Certain prior year amounts have been reclassified to conform with the current year presentation. These classifications had no effect on the previously reported results of operations.
