Today, following the annual general meeting in A.P. Møller - Mærsk A/S the
board of directors elected its chairmanship to consist of Michael Pram
Rasmussen (chairman), Ane Mærsk Mc-Kinney Uggla (vice chairman) and Niels
Jacobsen (vice chairman). 

Niels Jacobsen succeeds Poul J. Svanholm as vice chairman.
