A.P. Møller - Mærsk A/S - Management change





On 1 January 2011, Kim Fejfer will become member of the A.P. Moller - Maersk
Group's Executive Board. Executive Board, which is in charge of the day-to-day
management of A.P. Møller - Mærsk A/S, will subsequently consist of Nils
Smedegaard Andersen, Claus V. Hemmingsen, Eivind Kolding, Søren Skou, Jakob
Thomasen, Trond Westlie and Kim Fejfer. 



Kim Fejfer, 45, joined the A.P. Moller - Maersk Group in 1992. He will continue
as CEO of APM Terminals B.V. in Holland, a position he has held since 2004.
