A.P. Møller - Mærsk A/S to be assigned credit ratings by Moody’s and Standard &
Poor’s 







Today, Moody’s Investors Service and Standard & Poor’s will initiate credit
ratings of A.P. Møller - Mærsk A/S. 



A credit rating is expected to allow A.P. Møller - Mærsk A/S to diversify its
debt investor base, access the USD bond markets directly and further improve
its funding terms. 



The assigned ratings will be published by Moody’s Investors Service and
Standard & Poor’s shortly. 



A.P. Møller - Mærsk A/S currently has outstanding bonds listed on Nasdaq OMX
Copenhagen and Luxembourg Stock Exchange.
