A.P. Møller - Mærsk A/S – Long-term vessel sharing agreement with MSC



On 10 July 2014, A.P. Møller - Mærsk A/S (Maersk Line) announced that it had
entered into a long-term (10 years) vessel sharing agreement (the Agreement)
with MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company S. A. on the Asia-Europe, Transatlantic
and Transpacific trades. The Agreement was subject to approval by the relevant
authorities. 



Maersk Line is aware that rumours in the press indicate that the U.S. Federal
Maritime Commission (FMC) has approved the Agreement. However, Maersk Line has
not yet received any official approval of the Agreement. If such an official
approval is received it will be announced.
