Subsequent Events [Text Block]	Note 15 - Subsequent Events The Company applied for funding under the Small Business Administration's Paycheck Protection Program in April 2020, which provides forgivable funding for payroll and related costs as well as some non-payroll costs.  The Company received funding in the amount of $3.2 million in May 2020.
