Subsequent Events [Text Block]	Note 14 - Subsequent events The Company's 2021 Omnibus Stock Incentive Plan dated May 26, 2021  was approved by the Company's stockholders in May 2021 ( "2021 Plan"). The Plan will expire in May 2024. The 2021 Plan authorizes awards to officers, employees, consultants and independent directors.
