performance targets for funding 100% of the incentive pool (approximately $10
million) were $1.40 billion of revenue and $132 million of operating profit.
&nbsp;The minimum funding level of the incentive benefit pool was 25%
(approximately $2.5 million) and required us to achieve a minimum of $1.35
billion of revenue and $102 million of operating profit. &nbsp;If we failed to
achieve either one of the two minimum financial targets, we would not have
funded the incentive benefit pool in 2007.</font></p>
