RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS	NOTE 15 RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS David Centofanti serves as our Vice President of Information Systems. For such position, he received annual compensation of $191,000 for each of the years 2024 and 2023. David Centofanti is the son of our EVP of Strategic Initiatives and a Board member.
