Subsequent Event	Note 22 – Subsequent Event  On February 21, 2020, the Company, certain of its subsidiaries, as borrowers and guarantors, and BMO Harris Bank N.A., as lender, amended the BMO Credit Agreement, to, among other things, increase the borrowing base during the period commencing February 21, 2020 until May 15, 2020 by the lesser of (i) 100% of qualified unrestricted cash and (ii) $4,000.
