FreightCar America, Inc. (the “Company”) was unable to file its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarterly period ended March 31, 2020 (the “Form 10-Q”) with the Securities and Exchange Commission by the prescribed due date for such filing without unreasonable effort or expense due to an administrative delay that the Company experienced in finalizing the Form 10-Q for filing. The Company filed the Form 10-Q within five calendar days of the original prescribed due date.
