Major Customers

The Company had two major customers during 2013 and 2012, Navistar, Inc. (“Navistar”), and PACCAR, Inc. (“PACCAR”). Major customers are defined as customers whose current year sales individually consist of more than ten percent of total sales. The loss of a significant portion of sales to Navistar or PACCAR would have a material adverse effect on the business of the Company.
