Major Customers

Core Molding Technologies has four major customers, Navistar, Inc. (“Navistar”), Volvo Group North America, LLC (“Volvo”), PACCAR, Inc. (“PACCAR”) and Yamaha Motor Manufacturing Corporation (“Yamaha”). Major customers are defined as customers whose sales individually consist of more than ten percent of total sales during any reporting period in the current year.
