Major Customers

Core Molding Technologies has five major customers, Navistar, Inc. (“Navistar”), Volvo Group North America, LLC (“Volvo”), PACCAR, Inc. (“PACCAR”), Yamaha Motor Manufacturing Corporation (“Yamaha”) and Bombardier Recreational Products (“BRP”). Major customers are defined as customers whose sales individually consist of more than ten percent of total sales during any reporting period in the current year.
