Michael Munksøe has decided to terminate his employment with Novozymes and
consequently resigns as employee elected board member in Novozymes A/S.
Alternate Lars Bo Køppler joins the board of directors as new employee elected
board member. Lars Bo Køppler is a technician at Novozymes' pilot plant in
Bagsvaerd, Denmark.
