COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES	COMMITMENTS AND CONTINGENCIES Litigation From time to time in the normal course of business, the Company may be involved in claims, proceedings and litigation. In the case of any litigation, the Company records a provision for a liability when management believes that it is both probable that a liability has been incurred and the amount of the loss can be reasonably estimated. The Company reviews these provisions at least quarterly and adjusts provisions to reflect the impact of negotiations, settlements, rulings, advice of legal counsel and other information and events pertaining to a particular case. As of December 31, 2024 and 2023, there were no legal contingency matters, either individually or in aggregate, that would have a material adverse effect on the Company's financial position, results of operations or cash flows. Indemnification Agreements In the ordinary course of business, the Company enters into agreements of varying scope and terms whereby the Company agrees to indemnify customers, issuing banks, card networks, vendors and other parties with respect to certain matters, including, but not limited to, losses arising out of the breach of such agreements, services to be provided by the Company or from intellectual property infringement claims made by third parties. In addition, the Company has entered into indemnification agreements with directors and certain officers and employees that will require the Company, among other things, to indemnify them against certain liabilities that may arise by reason of their status or service as directors, officers or employees. No demands have been made upon the Company to provide indemnification under such agreements and there are no claims that the Company is aware of that could have a material effect on the Consolidated Balance Sheets, Consolidated Statements of Operations, Consolidated Statements of Changes in Stockholders' Equity, or Consolidated Statements of Cash Flows.
