INCOME TAXES	NOTE 10: INCOME TAXES The effective income tax rate was 41.7% for the twenty-six weeks ended June 29, 2012. The principal difference between the statutory federal income tax rate of 35% and our effective income tax rate results from state income taxes, federal tax credits and certain non-deductible expenses. As of June 29, 2012 and December 30, 2011, we had unrecognized tax benefits of $1.8 million and $1.7 million, respectively, recorded in accordance with current accounting guidance on uncertain tax positions.
