SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 13: SUBSEQUENT EVENTS On July 25, 2012, we filed a $100 million Shelf Registration Statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission which, when effective, will replace our current Shelf Registration which expired in July 2012. The Shelf Registration will allow us to sell various securities in amounts and prices determined at the time of sale. The filing will enable us to access capital efficiently and quickly if needed, however, we have no current plans to make an offering. We evaluated other events and transactions occurring after the balance sheet date through the date that the financial statements were issued, and noted no other events that were subject to recognition or disclosure.
