As of March 25, 2016 and March 27, 2015, we had acquired $2.1 million and $0.2 million, respectively, of property, plant and equipment on account that was not yet paid. As of March 25, 2016, we finalized our fair value assessment of our acquisition of SIMOS and recorded measurement-period adjustments of $4.6 million, with corresponding adjustments to goodwill.
