SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	NOTE 13. SUBSEQUENT EVENTS The Company has evaluated subsequent events and transactions for potential recognition or disclosure from the balance sheet date through November 14, 2025, the issuance date of the unaudited consolidated financial statements, and has not identified any additional items requiring disclosure except as noted below. Settlement of Accrued Interest under the Loan Agreement On October 27, 2025, the Company issued 47,934 shares of common stock in settlement of interest payable on draws under the Loan Agreement. This issuance settled all accrued interest payable on the Loan Agreement through October 16, 2025.
