SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	28.SUBSEQUENT EVENTS ​ On October 15, the Company paid a quarterly dividend of $0.03 per share to holders of record as of October 6, 2025. Management has evaluated all subsequent events for accounting and disclosure. There have been no other material events during the period, other than noted above, that would either impact the results reflected in the report or the Company’s results going forward.
