Retirement Plan	7. Retirement Plan We have a retirement savings plan (the “Plan”) to which eligible employees may elect to make contributions through salary deferrals up to 100% of their base pay, subject to limitations. We made approximately $280,000 and $219,000 in matching contributions to participants in the Plan during the fiscal years ended June 30, 2021 and 2020, respectively. In addition, we may make discretionary profit-sharing contributions, subject to limitations. During the fiscal years ended June 30, 2021 and 2020, we made no such contributions to the Plan.
