Subsequent Events	9. Subsequent Events On November 7, 2024, we signed a definitive agreement to acquire from NetComm Wireless Pty Ltd (“NetComm”), a subsidiary of DZS, Inc., all of the assets of the enterprise IoT business for $6,500,000 in cash together with assumptions of certain liabilities. The closing of the acquisition is subject to certain conditions. The transaction is expected to close during our second fiscal quarter ending December 31, 2024.
