Computation of Net Loss per Share

 

Basic and diluted net loss per share is calculated by dividing net loss by the weighted-average number of common shares outstanding during the applicable period.

Restructuring, Severance and Related Charges

 

During the three and nine months ended March 31, 2026, we incurred charges of $288,000 and $424,000, respectively, related to certain headcount reductions. We may incur additional charges in future periods as we identify additional cost savings and efficiencies related to our business.

Accumulated Other Comprehensive Income

 

As a result of the final dissolution of a foreign subsidiary, during the quarter ended March 31, 2026, we reclassified to other income $27,000 in accumulated foreign currency translation adjustments related to this subsidiary that were previously suspended in accumulated other comprehensive income.
