Properties, Plant and Equipment, Net During the three months ended March 31, 2013, the Company sold vehicles previously used in mining operations with a book value of $3,165,746 for a loss of $1,015,496. The loss is included in general and administrative expenses in the condensed consolidated statement of operations.

The entire disclosure for long-lived, physical assets that are used in the normal conduct of business to produce goods and services and not intended for resale. Examples include land, buildings, machinery and equipment, and other types of furniture and equipment including, but not limited to, office equipment, furniture and fixtures, and computer equipment and software.
