Pursuant to section 29 of the Danish Securities Trading Act, Royal Unibrew A/S
hereby announces that the Company has been notified that, following the
completion of Royal Unibrew A/S' directed issue at 23 August 2013 and an
acquisition of treasury shares from the Company at 23 August 2013, Hartwall
Capital Oy Ab holds 1,046,000 shares of a nominal value of DKK 10 each,
corresponding to 9.4% of the total share capital and voting rights in Royal
Unibrew A/S. The shares are held through Hartwall Capital Oy Ab's wholly-owned
subsidiary HC 7 Holding Oy Ab. 



Hartwall Capital Oy Ab, Company Registration No 0711984-8, is a company
registered under the laws of Finland, with its registered address in Södra
Kajen 8, 00130 Helsinki, Finland. 



HC 7 Holding Oy Ab, Company Registration No 2558864-8, is a company registered
under the laws of Finland, with its registered address c/o Hartwall Capital,
Södra Kajen 8, 00130 Helsinki, Finland.
