through its 100% owned subsidiary, HC Royal Holding Oy Ab, has increased its
holding of shares in Royal Unibrew A/S. 



Hartwall Capital Oy Ab thereby holds more than 10% of Royal Unibrew A/S’ share
capital and votes.
