Subsequent Events	On July 20, 2018, the Company completed an underwritten public offering of 2,328,750 shares of its Class B Common Stock at a price of $6.05 per share for net proceeds to the Company of approximately $12.9 million. The completed offering included 303,750 shares of Class B Common Stock issued upon the underwriter’s exercise in full of its over-allotment option. The Company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering for working capital and general corporate purposes, which may include purchases of additional inventory held for sale, increased spending on marketing and advertising and capital expenditures necessary to grow the business.

The entire disclosure for significant events or transactions that occurred after the balance sheet date through the date the financial statements were issued or the date the financial statements were available to be issued. Examples include: the sale of a capital stock issue, purchase of a business, settlement of litigation, catastrophic loss, significant foreign exchange rate changes, loans to insiders or affiliates, and transactions not in the ordinary course of business.
