The shareholders' committee in Ringkjøbing Landbobank A/S has on its ordinary
meeting Wednesday 27 April 2011 decided to increase the number of members
chosen by the shareholders' committee in the board of directors from 4 to 6
members. 

Newly elected for the board of directors were Martin Krogh Pedersen and Inge
Sandgrav Bak.
