401(k) Plan	Note 15. 401(k) Plan Our 401(k) Plan covers substantially all of our employees. Participants in the plan are permitted to contribute a fixed percentage of their total annual cash compensation to the plan (subject to the maximum employee contribution defined by law). We match 50% of employee contributions, up to a maximum of 6% of each employee’s eligible compensation in the form of shares of our common stock. We recorded an expense of $130,000 in 2012, $165,000 in 2011, and $191,000 in 2010 for our contributions under our 401(k) Plan.
