Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On December 14, 2022, Microbot Medical Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that following the success of the first episode of its newly launched “Access-Ability Live by MBOT,” the next episode which is geared toward all stakeholders interested in the endovascular robotic space, will be held on Wednesday, December 21, 2022 at 1:00pm ET, and hosted by the Company’s Chief Medical Officer, Dr. Eyal Morag. Dr. Morag’s guest speaker will be Dr. Ripal Gandhi, an interventional oncologist.
