Croatian factory stop longer than expected

Rockwool International A/S on the 26th November 2007 informed that the factory
in Croatia had been temporarily stopped due to deviation between the building
permit and the factory's detailed construction. 

The lack of proportionality between the closure of the factory and minor
construction improvements made during the construction phase is unusual for the
Rockwool Group operating similar factories in 14 other countries. Nevertheless,
we are in a dialogue with the Croatian authorities to find a way for the
earliest possible production. 

The Rockwool Group does not expect to receive permission to restart the test
production at the factory until spring 2008. 

As previously informed, the factory is in compliance with the obtained
environmental permit.
