Chairman of the Board resumes his duties

The Chairman of the Board of Directors of ROCKWOOL International A/S Bjørn Høi
Jensen resumes his duties with immediate effect. 

As informed in the stock exchange release of 1 December 2014, the Chairman had
to be absent for a period due to an infection and his duties were taken over by
the First Deputy Chairman Carsten Bjerg. This temporary set-up has now been
terminated.
