The Company owns its headquarters office building located in Irvine, California and leases approximately 13,000 square feet of the approximately 57,000 square feet building to independent third parties under operating lease agreements expiring through fiscal 2025. Rental income recognized totaled $55,000 and $70,000 for the three months ended November 28, 2020 and November 23, 2019, respectively, and $110,000 and $106,000 for the six months ended November 28, 2020 and November 23, 2019, respectively. Under the terms of these operating lease agreements, rental income is expected to be $107,000, $219,000, $226,000, $232,000 and $78,000 in the remaining six months of fiscal 2021 and fiscal years 2022 through 2025, respectively. Rental income is included in selling, general and administrative expenses in the Consolidated Statements of Operations.
